The Process
1.
Initial Contact & Consultation
A free 30–60 minute video call will be scheduled to review the projects or issues you’d like help with.
2.
Proposed Plan
After our call, I’ll prepare a free outline summarizing your needs, my proposed solutions, and a rough project timeline.
3.
Agreement & Onboarding
If you choose to proceed, I’ll send a contract that:
Protects the privacy of your data and information.
Outlines the agreed-upon work scope.
Once signed, I’ll coordinate with your IT team to establish a secure connection.
4.
Project Execution
I’ll work directly with your Controller or CFO to complete the agreed-upon projects, enhancements, or system configurations.
5.
Ongoing Support (optional)
After the main projects are completed, you can continue working with me through a maintenance and support option:
Submit requests like help desk tickets for troubleshooting or system issues.
Work is billed in 15-minute increments.
Each invoice includes a detailed record of work completed and hours logged.
6.
Training & Resrouces
If training is needed, all sessions are recorded so your team can:
Revisit the material anytime.
Use the videos as step-by-step SOPs for future reference.
“Our system feels disorganized and disconnected.”
Without a big-picture view, departments often end up working in silos, with duplicate data and inefficient processes.
I help you design a streamlined structure that connects your financials, project tracking, and operations into one cohesive workflow.
“We’re still doing too many things manually.”
Even with ERP in place, teams often rely on spreadsheets or workarounds that slow things down and increase risk.
I automate repetitive tasks and implement smart processes to improve accuracy, save time, and reduce stress.
“We don’t have real-time visibility into project costs.”
Delayed reporting leads to reactive decisions and missed opportunities to control costs.
I set up live dashboards and reporting tools so you can monitor financial health and project performance as it happens.
Here are a few ways I’ve helped construction teams overcome common ERP roadblocks
“We’re overwhelmed and don’t know where to start.”
Getting the most out of your ERP can feel daunting without a clear plan.
I meet you where you’re at, assess your current setup, and create a practical roadmap that gets results—quickly and sustainably.
“We don’t know how to configure our ERP to fit our workflows.”
ERP’s offers powerful customization, but many teams don’t have the IT background to navigate it effectively.
I bridge the gap between finance and technology—translating your operational needs into a clean, efficient setup.
